Precautions when using color-coated boards

　1. The color-coated plate should be installed with fixed parts, which should be fixed on the purlins with self-tapping screws, and there should be fixed parts on each purlin.

　2. Place a color-coated plate on the fixtures and press it into full engagement with the bottom grooves of the central rib and inner rib of each fixture.

　3. Steel pipe × 3M scaffold is equipped with 2 4m long pipes, and each scaffold is equipped with 4 wheels, which is convenient for propulsion.

　4. Color-coated panels should be installed on the inner layer of the roof first.

　5. According to technical requirements, each wave peak is fixed with 30mm long special self-tapping screws, and the color of the nuts is consistent with the color of the swatch.

　6. Lay insulating cotton and seal the insulating cotton joints with special tape.
